कानोड़िया पी.जी. महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के सेंटर फॉर करियर गाईडेंस ट्रेनिंग एंड प्लेसमेंट द्वारा राजस्थान एम्प्लॉयमेंट डिपार्टमेंट के सहयोग से दिनांक 29 अप्रैल 2026 को महाविद्यालय में एक भव्य जॉब फेयर का आयोजन किया गया। इस आयोजन का मुख्य उद्देश्य छात्राओं को विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठित कंपनियों के साथ सीधे जोड़कर उन्हें बेहतर रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करना तथा उनके करियर विकास को नई दिशा देना था। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत में महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल ने सभी का हार्दिक स्वागत करते हुए जॉब फेयर के शुभारंभ की घोषणा की। उन्होंने छात्राओं को प्रेरित करते हुए कहा कि वे आत्मविश्वास के साथ इस जॉब फेयर में भाग लें और इस अवसर का अधिकतम लाभ उठाकर अपने करियर को नई दिशा दें। जॉब फेयर में देश-विदेश की अनेक प्रतिष्ठित कंपनियों ने सक्रिय सहभागिता निभाई। प्रमुख भागीदारों में बीएमडब्ल्यू, डेकाथलॉन, क्वेस कॉर्प, टेलिपरफॉर्मेंस, एसएलए फिनसर्व, जयपुर रग्स, सैलराइट, एमसीसी (मॉडल करियर सेंटर), होटल ग्रैंड उनियारा सहित अन्य संस्थान शामिल रहे। कार्यक्रम के स्पॉन्सर पार्टनर के रूप में इमार्टिकस लर्निंग की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका रही, जिन्होंने छात्राओं को कौशल विकास एवं करियर मार्गदर्शन से संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान की। कार्यक्रम के दौरान छात्राओं ने विभिन्न कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों से संवाद स्थापित किया, अपने रिज्यूमे प्रस्तुत किए तथा इंटरव्यू प्रक्रिया में भाग लिया। कंपनियों द्वारा ऑन-द-स्पॉट इंटरव्यू, शॉर्टलिस्टिंग एवं चयन की प्रक्रिया भी संचालित की गई, जिससे अनेक छात्राओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त हुए। इस जॉब फेयर में लगभग 102 छात्राओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया और इनमें से कुल 66 छात्राओं का चयन हुआ। जॉब फेयर के अंत में सेंटर की संयोजिका डॉ आकांक्षा गंडा ने सभी को धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया और सभी चयनित छात्राओं को बधाई दी। यह जॉब फेयर छात्राओं के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण मंच साबित हुआ, जहां उन्हें उद्योग जगत की आवश्यकताओं को समझने और अपने कौशल को निखारने का अवसर मिला

The Center for Career Guidance, Training and Placement of Kanoria P.G. Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur, in collaboration with the Rajasthan Employment Department, organized a grand Job Fair on April 29, 2026, at the college campus. The primary objective of this event was to connect students directly with reputed companies and provide them with better employment opportunities, while guiding their career growth in a meaningful direction. The program commenced with a warm welcome by the Principal, Dr. Seema Agarwal, who formally declared the Job Fair open. She motivated the students to participate with confidence and make the most of this opportunity to shape their careers. Many reputed national and international companies actively participated in the Job Fair. Key participants included BMW, Decathlon, Quess Corp, Teleperformance, SLA Finserv, Jaipur Rugs, Salarite, MCC (Model Career Centre), Hotel Grand Uniara, and other organizations. Imarticus Learning played a significant role as the sponsor partner, providing valuable insights related to skill development and career guidance. During the event, students interacted with company representatives, submitted their resumes, and participated in interview processes. On-the-spot interviews, shortlisting, and selection procedures were conducted by the companies, resulting in employment opportunities for many students. Approximately 102 students enthusiastically participated in the Job Fair, out of which a total of 66 students were selected. At the conclusion of the event, the Convenor of the Center, Dr. Akanksha Ganda, delivered the vote of thanks and congratulated all the selected students. This Job Fair proved to be an important platform for students, offering them an opportunity to understand industry requirements and enhance their skills.
