कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय जयपुर के गणित विभाग द्वारा लेटेक्स पर हैंड्स-ऑन वर्कशॉप का सफल आयोजन हुआ। इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य छात्राओं, और शिक्षिकाओं को वैज्ञानिक दस्तावेज़ तैयार करने की आधुनिक तकनीक लेटेक्स से परिचित कराना था। प्रतिभागियों ने लेटेक्स के माध्यम से शोधपत्र, थीसिस, और प्रेजेंटेशन तैयार करने की बारीकियों को सीखा। कार्यशाला में विभागाध्यक्ष, ऋषि दस्सानी द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जिन्होंने लेटेक्स के बेसिक कमांड्स, समीकरण निर्माण, टेबल्स, संदर्भ सूची तथा बीमर प्रेजेंटेशन बनाने पर विस्तृत प्रशिक्षण दिया। प्रतिभागियों ने इस कार्यशाला को अत्यंत उपयोगी और ज्ञानवर्धक बताया। कई प्रतिभागियों ने कहा कि यह प्रशिक्षण उनके शोध और शैक्षणिक कार्य में बहुत मददगार सिद्ध होगा। महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल ने आयोजन की सराहना की। उन्होंने कहा कि इस प्रकार की कार्यशालाएँ विद्यार्थियों में तकनीकी दक्षता और शोध लेखन क्षमता को बढ़ावा देती हैं। इस कार्यशाला में विभाग की प्राध्यापिका डॉ. स्वाति सहित स्नातकोत्तर की 12 छात्राओं ने हिस्सा लिया।
The Mathematics Department of Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur, successfully organized a hands-on workshop on LaTeX. The workshop aimed to introduce students and faculty to LaTeX, a modern technology for preparing scientific documents. Participants learned the intricacies of preparing research papers, theses, and presentations using LaTeX. The workshop was conducted by the Head of the Department, Rishi Dassani, who provided detailed training on basic LaTeX commands, equation creation, tables, reference lists, and creating Beamer presentations. Participants found the workshop extremely useful and informative. Many participants expressed that this training would prove very helpful in their research and academic work. College Principal Dr. Seema Agarwal praised the event, stating that such workshops promote technical proficiency and research writing skills among students. Postgraduate students , including Dr. Swati, a professor in the department, participated in the workshop.
