Under the aegis of the “Institutions Innovation Council” of Kanoria P.G. Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur, the Department of Sciences celebrated National Science Day on March 1st, 2025. On this occasion, a “Science Exhibition” and an “Interactive Lecture” were conducted by the Department of Sciences. The exhibition was inaugurated by Principal Dr. Seema Agrawal.
In the exhibition, students presented various aspects of Physics, Botany, Biology, Biotechnology, principles of Health Sciences and complex Mathematical formulas through models and posters. The students of the Physics Department showcased India’s scientific achievements through working models addressing societal challenges. Around 100 students participated in the exhibition.
Additionally, an Interactive Lecture on “Emerging Career Opportunities in Sciences” was organized. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Narendra Jakhar, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, University of Rajasthan , Jaipur. He provided insights into emerging career prospects in the field of science and guided students on future opportunities.
The event was judged by Dr. Narendra Jakhar and Dr. Rajesh Yadav. During the program, the winners of the Science Exhibition were awarded and honored.
