“Know Your Students (KYS)” Session Organised

नोड़िया पी.जी. महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग एवं प्लेसमेंट सेंटर द्वारा दिनांक 09.09.2026 को ’नो योर स्टूडेंट्स (KYS)’ सत्र का आयोजन किया गया। इस सत्र का प्रमुख उद्देश्य छात्राओं को सेंटर की गतिविधियों से अवगत कराना और अंतिम वर्ष की छात्राओं की स्क्रीनिंग करना था। सत्र की शुरूआत महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल की शुभकामनाओं से हुई। सेंटर की संयोजिका डॉ. आकांक्षा गंडा ने छात्राओं को ’नो योर सेल्फ’ फर्स्ट का संदेश देते हुए अपने अंदर की स्किल्स को पहचानने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि अपने करियर की ओर ध्यान देना और स्वयं को जागरूक बनाना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। उन्होंने छात्राओं को सेंटर की गतिविधियों में निरंतर भाग लेने हेतु प्रोत्साहित किया और छात्राओं को सेंटर की गतिविधियों से अवगत कराते हुये कैंपस में विजिट करने वाली कंपनियों के बारे में बताया। साथ ही महाविद्यालय के सेंटर द्वारा प्रत्येक सत्र में महिंद्रा प्राइड क्लासरूम के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में आयोजित आगामी कार्यशाला के बारे में बताया। सेंटर की संयोजिका सहित सेंटर सदस्य सुश्री निशा सैनी, डॉ. योगिता सोलंकी, डॉ. दमयंती सोढ़ा, डॉ. सरला शर्मा, डॉ. शुचि चौधरी, डॉ. शिल्पा पारीक एवं डॉ. पारूल सिंह ने छात्राओं को सेंटर में पंजीकृत करते हुए उनकी स्क्रीनिंग की, उनके कौशल और विशेषताओं की जानकारी ली और उनके सुधार के क्षेत्रों के बारे में भी बताया। इस सत्र में छात्राओं को उद्योग विशिष्ट आवश्यकताओं के बारे में भी जानकारी दी गई। इसमें अंतिम वर्ष की 55 छात्राओं ने सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया।

  “Know Your Students (KYS)” Session Organised   On 9 September 2026, The Centre for Career Guidance, Training and Placement, Kanoria P.G. Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur, organised a “Know Your Students (KYS)” session with the objective of introducing students to the Centre’s activities and conducting the screening of final-year students. A total of 55 final-year students actively participated in the session. The session commenced with the good wishes of the Principal, Dr. Seema Agarwal. Dr. Akanksha Ganda, Convenor- Centre for Career Guidance, Training and Placement shared the message “Know Your Self” first, motivating students to identify their strengths, skills and areas of interest. She emphasised the importance of self-awareness and continuous skill development for career growth. She also briefed students about the Centre’s activities, upcoming campus placements, visiting companies and regular workshops organised in collaboration with the Mahindra Pride Classroom. Centre members Ms. Nisha Saini, Dr. Yogita Solanki, Dr. Damyanti Sodha, Dr. Sarla Sharma, Dr. Shuchi Choudhary, Dr. Shilpa Pareek and Dr. Parul Singh supported the registration and screening process. Students were assessed on their skills and competencies, and were guided regarding their areas of improvement and industry-specific requirements. The session provided students with valuable insights into career preparedness, employability skills and workplace expectations, helping them take a more informed approach towards their future careers.
