कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर एवं यूनाइटेड स्टेट्स-इंडिया एजुकेशनल फाउंडेशन (यूएसआईईएफ) के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में बुधवार, 25 मार्च 2026 को ’फुलब्राइट-नेहरू स्टूडेंट रिसर्चर्स एनरिचमेंट प्रोग्राम, 2026’ का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य बौद्धिक आदान-प्रदान, सहयोगात्मक शिक्षा और नए शोध दृष्टिकोणों के विकास के लिए एक जीवंत मंच तैयार करना था। कार्यक्रम का आरंभ महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल द्वारा फुलब्राइट शोधार्थियों के स्वागत के साथ किया गया व उन्होंने छात्राओं को इस शैक्षणिक पहल के माध्यम से अपने विचारों, शोध अंतर्दृष्टियों और रचनात्मकता को व्यक्त करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन करते हुये डॉ. प्रीति शर्मा ने प्रतिभागियों का परिचय करवाया। इसी श्रृखंला में यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ़ साउथ फ्लोरिडा के फुलब्राइट शोधकर्ता एडन कॉक्स, कोलंबिया विश्वविद्यालय की राहेल सोंडगेरोथ, एमोरी विश्वविद्यालय की अन्या फ्रेडसेल एवं न्यूयॉर्क की सेसिलिया जियानकोला द्वारा लैग्वेंज एंड द विज़अुल स्पेस, अनेकता में एकता, तमिलनाडु में कुलदेवता की पूजा, ’ब्रिटिश बाहेंदारी आदि विषयों पर भारत के विभिन्न राज्यों में उनके द्वारा किये गये शोध पर आधारित शोध प्रस्तुतियाँ दी गई। साथ ही महाविद्यालय की छात्राओं भाविया लाहोटी, मेधा सोलंकी, चारू शर्मा एवं अर्चना मीणा द्वारा ब्रिटिश कालीन राजस्थान की आर्थिक व्यवस्था, राजस्थान की भाषाई विचारधाराएँ, संस्कृति, देवी-देवता और कलाएँ’ आदि विषयों पर गहन शोध प्रस्तुतियाँ दी गई। सभी प्रस्तुतियों का तुलनात्मक विश्लेषण डॉ. मोहिता चतुर्वेदी शर्मा द्वारा प्रस्तुत किया गया। समापन वक्तव्य महाविद्यालय निदेशक डॉ. रश्मि चतुर्वेदी के ज्ञानवर्धक विचारों के साथ हुआ। उन्होंने विचारों के निर्माण और विनिर्माण की प्रक्रियाओं को आकार देने में अकादमिक और सांस्कृतिक आदान-प्रदान के महत्व पर ज़ोर दिया, जिससे वैश्विक दृष्टिकोण का विस्तार होता है और सीखने की प्रक्रिया समृद्ध होती है। इस कार्यक्रम में लगभग 70 छात्राओं ने भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम का समापन यूएसआईईएफ की प्रोग्राम कॉर्डिनेटर सुश्री प्रियांजना घोष द्वारा दिए गए हार्दिक धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ हुआ।
Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur, in collaboration with the United States–India Educational Foundation (USIEF), organized the Fulbright-Nehru Student Researchers Enrichment Programme, 2026 on Wednesday, 25th March. The event aimed to create a vibrant platform for intellectual exchange, collaborative learning, and the development of new research perspectives. The programme commenced with an inaugural address by Principal Dr. Seema Agrawal, who warmly welcomed the Fulbright scholars and encouraged students to express their ideas, research insights, and creativity through this academic initiative.Dr. Preeti Sharma introduced the participants and moderated the proceedings. The scholarly presentations began with Fulbright researcher Aiden Cox from the University of South Florida, who spoke on Language and the Visual Space: How Hyderabad’s Multilingual Culture and History Shape Perception, Identity and Linguistic Modes of Interaction. Rachel Sondgeroth from Columbia University followed with a presentation titled Anekta Mein Ekta: Interreligious Engagement in Mumbai from an Epistemological and Historical Perspective. Anya Fredsell from Emory University delivered her research on Shifting Ritual Landscapes: Lineage Deity Worship in Contemporary Tamil Nadu. Cecilia Giancola from New York presented her study on The British Bahendari: From an Extraordinary Engagement to an Embarrassing Obligation in the Baroda State, 1800–1854. From the host institution, Bhaviya Lahoti presented on Multilingual Minds, Multilingual Society: Language Ideologies and English Learning in Rajasthan. Megha Solanki presented on From Trade to Rule: The East India Company’s Economic Penetration of Rajasthan through Salt and Opium, while Charu Sharma explored Echoes of Faith in Rajasthan’s Cultural Landscape: Bishnoi and Dadu Panthi Shaping Community, culture and services. Archana Meena discussed on Expressions of the Sacred: Deities and Arts of Rajasthan. Engaging question-and-answer sessions were held both during and after the presentations from the U.S. and Indian Scholar, encouraging interaction and critical dialogue.A comparative analysis of all the presentations was given by Dr. Mohita Chaturvedi Sharma. The event concluded with insightful remarks by the Director, Dr. Rashmi Chaturvedi, who emphasized the significance of academic and cultural exchange in shaping the processes of construction and deconstruction of thought, thereby broadening global perspectives and enriching learning.
