प्लेसमेंट वीक डे -5 के अंतर्गत प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव में जयपुर रग्स एवं सांवरिया स्वीट्स प्राईवेट लिमिटेड (कान्हा) ने लिये साक्षात्कार
कानोडिया पी.जी. महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग एवं प्लेसमेंट सेंटर द्वारा ‘‘प्लेसमेंट वीक’’ का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। जिसके 5वें दिवस दिनांक 17 दिसंबर 2025 को दो प्रतिष्ठित संस्थानों द्वारा महाविद्यालय परिसर में प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव आयोजित की गई। जिसमें सांवरिया स्वीट्स प्राईवेट लिमिटेड (कान्हा) तथा जयपुर रग्स द्वारा तृतीय वर्ष की 60 छात्राओं का साक्षात्कार लिया गया। इस ड्राइव के अंतर्गत कैशियर रिटेल ऑपरेशन्स एवं अन्य विभिन्न पदों हेतु इंटर्नशिप एवं फुल-टाइम अवसर उपलब्ध कराए गए। इन पदां हेतु गणितीय दक्षता, ग्राहक उन्मुख दृष्टिकोण तथा सीखने की सकारात्मक मानसिकता जैसी योग्यताओं को प्राथमिकता दी गई। चयन प्रक्रिया में व्यावहारिक ज्ञान, कौशल विकास, संचार क्षमता एवं कार्यस्थल अनुकूलता पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया। महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल ने इस अवसर पर छात्राओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे प्लेसमेंट आयोजन छात्राओं को रोजगार के वास्तविक अवसर प्रदान करने के साथ-साथ उनके आत्मविश्वास और व्यावसायिक दक्षताओं को भी सुदृढ़ करते हैं। कार्यक्रम के सफल संचालन में करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग एवं प्लेसमेंट सेंटर के सभी सदस्यो की सक्रिय भूमिका रही। केंद्र की संयोजिका डॉ. आकांक्षा गंडा ने उम्मीदवारों को उनके भविष्य के लिए हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं दीं।
Jaipur Rugs and Sanwariya Sweets Pvt. Ltd. Conducted Placement Drives on Day 5 of Placement Week
The Centre for Career Guidance, Training & Placement of Kanoria P.G. Mahila Mahavidyalaya, successfully organized placement drives under the Placement Week on 17 December 2025, providing valuable career opportunities to final-year students. The first placement drive was conducted by Sanwaria Sweets Pvt. Ltd. (Kanha) for the position of Cashier – Retail Operations. The recruitment focused on candidates with strong basic mathematical skills, customer-oriented behavior, and a positive learning attitude. Another drive was organized by Jaipur Rugs, inviting students for internship and full-time jobs. The selection process emphasized professional skills, subject knowledge, communication abilities, and workplace adaptability. 60 students appeared for interviews in the placement drive. The Principal Dr. Seema Agrawal encouraged students to actively participate in such initiatives, highlighting that campus placement drives play a crucial role in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry expectations. The successful execution of the event reflects the dedicated efforts of the Career Guidance, Training & Placement Centre in enhancing students’ employability and career readiness. Convenor of the Centre, Dr. Akanksha Ganda conveyed her sincere wishes to the candidates for their future endeavors.
