प्लेसमेंट वीक- डे 4 का बहुआयामी आयोजन कानोड़िया पीजी महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग और प्लेसमेंट सेंटर द्वारा प्लेसमेंट वीक- डे 4 का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इसमें विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठित कंपनियों द्वारा छात्राओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान किए गए, जिनमें रानीवाला ज्वेलर्स प्रा. लि., बीएम इनफोट्रेड प्राइवेट लिमिटेड एवं फ्लिपशॉप रहीं। रानीवाला ज्वेलर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा वर्चुअल ज्वैलरी कनसल्टेंट, एमआईएस एजिक्यूटिव एवं सीआरएम सपोर्ट एजिक्यूटिव इसी क्रम में बीएम इनफोट्रेड प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा बैक ऑफिस एजिक्यूटिव, ऑपरेशन सपोर्ट, कस्टमर कॉर्डिनेटर वहीं फ्लिपशॉप द्वारा ई-कॉमर्स सपोर्ट और डिजिटल ऑपरेशन से जुड़े पदों के लिए प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव आयोजित की गई। चयन प्रक्रिया में 65 अंतिम वर्ष एवं उत्तीर्ण छात्राओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। चयनित पदों हेतु फुल टाइम जॉब एवं इंटर्नशिप के अवसर उपलब्ध कराए गए। समस्त चयन प्रक्रियाएँ महाविद्यालय परिसर में सुव्यवस्थित रूप से संपन्न हुईं। महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल के मार्गदर्शन एवं करियर गाइडेंस सेंटर के सभी सदस्यों के सतत प्रयासों से आयोजित यह प्लेसमेंट गतिविधि छात्राओं के कौशल विकास, आत्मविश्वास वृद्धि एवं रोजगारोन्मुख शिक्षा की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल सिद्ध हुई।
Multidimensional Placement Week – Day 4 Centre for Career Guidance, Training & Placement of Kanoria P.G. Mahila Mahavidalaya, Jaipur, successfully organized Placement Week – Day 4. Several reputed companies, including Raniwala Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., BM Infotrade Pvt. Ltd., and Flipshoppe provided employment opportunities for students. 65 students appeared to give interviews for various profiles. Raniwala Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. conducted multiple rounds for the positions of Virtual Jewellery Consultant (D2C), MIS Executive, and CRM Support Executive, BM Infotrade Pvt. Ltd. offered roles such as Back Office Executive, Operations Support, and Customer Coordination, while Flipshoppe offered positions related to E-commerce Support, Sales Coordination, and Digital Operations. Final-year students and graduates participated enthusiastically in the selection process. Full-time job and internships were offered for the selected positions. All the procedures were conducted within the college campus. Principal Dr. Seema Agrawal inspired students to appear in interviews. This placement initiative proved to be a significant step towards enhancing students skill development, boosting self-confidence, and promoting employment-oriented education. All the members of centre were present for smooth conduction.
