कानोडिया पी.जी. महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग एवं प्लेसमेंट सेंटर द्वारा 12 दिसंबर से 18 दिसंबर, 2025 तक प्लेसमेंट वीक का आयोजन किया गया, जिसका आज औपचारिक समापन हुआ। यह संपूर्ण सप्ताह छात्राओं के करियर मार्गदर्शन, कौशल विकास एवं रोजगार के अवसरों को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में समर्पित रहा। प्लेसमेंट वीक के प्रथम दिवस एक इंटरएक्टिव सेशन आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें छात्राओं को इंटरव्यू स्किल्स, बॉडी लैंग्वेज, कम्युनिकेशन, आत्मविश्वास एवं प्रश्नों के प्रभावी उत्तर देने की तकनीकों से अवगत कराया गया। यह सत्र छात्राओं के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी एवं व्यवहारिक सिद्ध हुआ। द्वितीय दिवस पर छात्राओं के लिए माइक्रोसॉफ्ट एक्सेल पर आधारित एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला आयोजित की गई, जिसका उद्देश्य डेटा हैंडलिंग, बेसिक फंक्शंस एवं ऑफिस ऑटोमेशन स्किल्स को मजबूत करना रहा। तृतीय दिवस को “एफएक्यूज़ इन एन इंटरव्यू” विषय पर संवादात्मक सत्र आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें इंटरव्यू के दौरान पूछे जाने वाले सामान्य एवं तकनीकी प्रश्नों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। चतुर्थ दिवस एव पंचम दिवस पर महाविद्यालय परिसर में प्लेसमेंट ड्राइव्स आयोजित की गई, जिसमें ‘बी.एम. इन्फोट्रेड प्राइवेट लिमिटेड’, ‘सांवरिया स्वीट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (कान्हा)’, ‘जयपुर रग्स’, रानीवाला ज्वैलर्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड’ एवं ‘फ्लिपशोपे’ जैसी प्रतिष्ठित कंपनियों ने भाग लिया और छात्राओं का साक्षात्कार लिया एवं छात्राओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान किए। इसके साथ ही छात्राओं को जगतपुरा में आयोजित जॉब फेयर में ले जाया गया, जिससे उन्हें उद्योगों की वास्तविक कार्यप्रणाली को समझने का अवसर मिला। अंतिम दिवस पर छात्राओं को एमबीए फेयर में ले जाया गया, जहाँ विभिन्न प्रबंधन संस्थानों द्वारा एमबीए एवं अन्य उच्च शिक्षा विकल्पों की जानकारी दी गई। इससे छात्राओं को आगे की शैक्षणिक एवं करियर योजना बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त हुआ। महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल ने प्लेसमेंट वीक की सफलता पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि ऐसे कार्यक्रम छात्राओं को आत्मनिर्भर, व्यावसायिक रूप से सक्षम एवं करियर के प्रति जागरूक बनाते हैं। केंद्र की संयोजिका डॉ. आकांक्षा गंडा ने उम्मीदवारों को उनके भविष्य के लिए हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं दीं। कार्यक्रम के सफल संचालन में करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग एवं प्लेसमेंट सेंटर के सभी सदस्यों की सक्रिय भूमिका रही। यह प्लेसमेंट वीक महाविद्यालय की करियर-उन्मुख शिक्षा नीति एवं छात्राओं के सर्वांगीण विकास के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता को स्पष्ट रूप से दर्शाता है।
“Successful Organization of ‘Placement Week’ at Kanoria P.G. Mahila Mahavidyalaya; Concludes Today” The Centre for Career Guidance, Training and Placement of Kanoria P.G. Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur successfully organized Placement Week from 12 December to 18 December 2025, which formally concluded today. The entire week was dedicated to strengthening students’ career guidance, skill development, and employment opportunities. On the first day, an interactive session was conducted to acquaint students with essential interview skills, including body language, communication skills, confidence building, and effective techniques for answering interview questions. The session proved to be highly practical and beneficial for the participants. The second day featured a one-day workshop on Microsoft Excel, aimed at enhancing students’ abilities in data handling, basic functions, and office automation skills. On the third day, a dialogue-based session on the topic “FAQs in an Interview” was organized, during which commonly asked general and technical interview questions were discussed in detail. On the fourth and fifth days, placement drives were held on the college campus. Reputed companies such as ‘B.M. Infotrade Private Limited’, ‘Sanwaria Sweets Private Limited (Kanha)’, ‘Jaipur Rugs’, ‘Raniwala Jewellers Pvt. Ltd.’ and ‘Flipshope’ participated in the drives, conducted interviews, and offered employment opportunities to the students. Additionally, students were taken to a Job Fair at Jagatpura, which provided them with exposure to real-world industry practices. On the final day, students visited an MBA Fair, where various management institutions provided information about MBA programs and other higher education opportunities. This initiative offered valuable guidance to students in planning their future academic and career paths. Expressing her happiness over the success of Placement Week, the Principal of the college, Dr. Seema Agrawal, stated that such programs play a crucial role in making students self-reliant, professionally competent, and career-oriented. The Convenor of the Centre, Dr. Akanksha Ganda, extended her best wishes to the candidates for their future endeavors. The active involvement of all members of the Centre for Career Guidance, Training and Placement contributed significantly to the successful execution of the program. The Placement Week clearly reflects the college’s commitment to career-oriented education and the holistic development of students.
