कानोड़िया पी.जी. महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के सेंटर फॉर करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग एंड प्लेसमेंट द्वारा परिवर्तन (च्ंतपअंतजंद) के सहयोग से दिनांक 19 जनवरी, 2026 को “उच्च शिक्षा हेतु करियर काउंसलिंग एवं मार्गदर्शन” विषय पर एक सत्र का सफल आयोजन किया गया। इस सत्र का उद्देश्य उन विद्यार्थियों को मार्गदर्शन प्रदान करना था जो अपने भविष्य की शैक्षणिक दिशा एवं करियर विकल्पों को लेकर असमंजस में हैं। सत्र की प्रमुख वक्ता सुश्री प्रियांशी मधुकर, पीएचडी शोधार्थी, हॉवर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी, वाशिंगटन डी.सी. रहीं, जिन्होंने अंतरराष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक अवसरों, शोध उन्मुख अध्ययन तथा उच्च शिक्षा के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला। इसके साथ ही श्री आशुतोष रांका, फाउंडर परिवर्तन (च्ंतपअंतजंद) एवं पूर्व छात्र आईआईटी कानपुर एवं लंदन स्कूल ऑफ इकोनॉमिक्स, ने उच्च शिक्षा के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया, फंडिंग के अवसरों एवं दीर्घकालीन करियर योजना पर विद्यार्थियों को महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी प्रदान की। कार्यक्रम में डॉ. पूराराम (पूर्व वैज्ञानिक अधिकारी, ठ।त्ब्) असिस्टेंट प्रोफेसर, भौतिक विज्ञान विभाग, राजस्थान विश्वविद्यालय, जयपुर एवं वरिष्ठ सलाहकार, परिवर्तन (च्ंतपअंतजंद) भी उपस्थित रहे। सत्र के दौरान विद्यार्थियों को विभिन्न शैक्षणिक मार्गों, आवेदन प्रक्रियाओं, शोध क्षेत्र में अवसरों, वित्तीय सहायता एवं छात्रवृत्तियों तथा दीर्घकालीन करियर योजना से संबंधित जानकारी दी गई। वक्ताओं द्वारा विद्यार्थियों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर भी दिए गए, जिससे सत्र अत्यंत संवादात्मक एवं उपयोगी सिद्ध हुआ। यह सत्र उच्च शिक्षा एवं शोध के क्षेत्र में रुचि रखने वाली छात्राओं के लिए अत्यंत लाभकारी रहा। इससे छात्राओं को अपने करियर लक्ष्यों को लेकर स्पष्टता, आत्मविश्वास एवं दिशा प्राप्त हुई। इस कार्यक्रम में महाविद्यालय की 50 छात्राओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया। कार्यक्रम में महाविद्यालय की प्राध्यापिकाऐं एवं अन्य महाविद्यालय के छात्र भी उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम का संचालन सेंटर की संयोजिका डॉ आकांक्षा गंडा ने किया एवं साथ ही सत्र के अंत में धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया।
Conduction of a Session on Career Counselling and Guidance for Higher Education Centre for Career Guidance, Training & Placement of Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur, successfully organised a session titled “Career Counselling & Guidance for Higher Studies” in collaboration with Parivartan on 19th January, 2026. The programme aimed to guide students on their future academic and career choices and to provide clarity regarding higher education opportunities. The resource persons, Ms. Priyanshi Madhukar, PhD Candidate at Howard University, Washington DC, shared valuable insights on global academic pathways, research orientation, and the importance of higher studies. Mr. Ashutosh Ranka, Founder ‘Parivartan’ & an alumnus of IIT Kanpur and the London School of Economics, enlightened students about application processes, long-term career planning, and funding opportunities for higher education. Dr. Puraram (Ex Scientific Officer BARC) Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and Senior Advisor of Parivartan also motivates students with his presence. The session was moderated by Dr. Akanksha Ganda, convenor of the centre. During the session, students were informed about various academic pathways, application procedures for higher studies, research-oriented careers, availability of funding and scholarships. The speakers interacted actively with the students and addressed their queries, making the session highly engaging and informative. The session proved to be extremely beneficial for students aspiring for higher education and research. It helped them gain clarity, confidence, and direction regarding their academic and career goals. 50 students of the college, faculty members and a few students from other college also attended the session.
