Activities

2024-25

  • On 30 September 2024, a Special Lecture on “Synergy in Action: Unleashing the Potential of Interdisciplinary Research and Innovation” was delivered by Prof. Vinod Kumar Bhardwaj and Dr. Hari Singh Gour from Central University, Sagar (M.P.). The lecture aimed to highlight the importance of interdisciplinary research and its role in innovation.
  • A One-Week Workshop on “Application of ICT Tools in Research” was held from 20–27 January 2025, conducted in-house. The objective was to train faculty in using ICT tools for research.
  • On 11 February 2025, an Educational Visit to the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, was organised to understand the relevance of Ayurveda in modern society.
  • An Interactive Session on Research Methodology for PG Students was conducted on 25 February 2025 by Dr. Rajesh Kumar Sinha, Associate Professor of Finance, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur. The session aimed to explain research methodology and develop research skills among PG students.
  • A 3-Day Online Workshop on “Introduction to SPSS” was conducted from 8 to 10 May 2025 by Mr. Alok Pratap Singh, Assistant Professor of Psychology, Firoz Gandhi College, Raibareli. The workshop focused on foundational knowledge of SPSS, including data entry, analysis, interpretation, and essential statistical skills like data cleaning, normality testing, correlation, regression, and ANOVA.

2023-24

  • An interactive session on “The Art of Research: Defining Problems and Exploring Literature” was organized on 20th September 2023.
  • A lecture on “How to write a research proposal” was organized on 9th December 2023.
  • In the month of December R & D Centre of the college conducted a survey based research study to evaluate the effectiveness of a session on writing research proposals.
  • Dr Nimisha Gaur, Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science has received a project entitled “डिजिटल इंडिया से ग्राम उतथान : ग्रामीण स्वायत शासन संस्थाओ के विशेष संदर्भ में (एक अनुभवमूलक अध्यन्)”, sponsored with the Grant of Rs 5 Lacs, funded by Indian Council of Social Science Research, Ministry of Education.

  • Published a Book Titled “Interdisciplinary Perspective of Scientific Research”
  • Organised One Week Workshop on “Tools & Techniques in Research Methodology” from 14th to 20th March 2023.
  • Shivangi Seth, student of M.Com ABST has conducted a survey for her research paper “Emerging Trends of Cybernated Transactions in India: An Outlook Amidst Covid-19 Pandemic” under the guidance of Dr. Vishnu Priya Temani, Assistant Professor, Department of Accountancy and Business Statistics.
  • “Digital Payment Behaviour of Students” a student survey was conducted by Department of Economics under the guidance of Ms. Vijayalakshmi Gupta, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics, KMM, Jaipur.
