Activities

2024-25

  • Centre for Career Guidance, Training and Placement works as a strong connection between the corporate world and academia. The placement centre has consistently made an effort to identify each applicant’s potential and has continuously worked to design activities that enhance skills and nurture talent.

  • In the session 2024-25, many companies visited the college for conducting placement drives like the famous French sports goods retailer-Decathlon, Jaipur Global Services, Axis Bank, Quesscorp, the famous cosmetic brand- The Wellness Shop, Flipshope, BMW Sanghi Classic, D Mart and many more selecting a total of 110 students from the college for various profiles. 
  • A PLACEMENT WEEK was organized from 18th November, 2024 to 23rd November, 2024 in which a mix of interactive sessions and placement drives were organized in order to give more exposure and opportunities to the final year students.
    18th November, 2024-Day 1– A one day workshop on Excel, ” Excel your Career using Excel” was organized in which resource person, Dr. Brijesh Awasthi, Associate Professor, IBS, ICFAI University, Jaipur trained the students on various Excel formulae and short cuts that will help the students to gain good jobs for themselves and also gain competitive advantage over other candidates appearing for the Interview.

    22nd November, 2024- Day 5– One Day Seminar was organized in collaboration with Pedestal Techno World Pvt. Ltd. on the topic- “Transforming Digital Marketing With AI innovation” in which the resource person, Mr. Gajendra Aditya Gaur, CTO/Co- Founder, Pedestal Techno World Pvt. Ltd. discussed the concepts of machine learning, Big Data, and also discussed about AI tools that can help in Digital marketing like Canva, ChatGPT and many more.
    23rd November, 2024- Day 6– A One Day Orientation Program- “Unlocking Opportunities: IBM SkillsBuild” was conducted by the resource person from CSRBox- Ms Tanuja Singh, in order to acquaint the students about the program and also get them registered on the IBM SkillsBuild portal so that they can gain access to numerous free courses offered by IBM which will ultimately help them in gaining opportunities in big companies.
  • A CAREER GUIDANCE AND EMPLOYMENT FAIR was organized in the college campus on 5th February, 2025 in collaboration with the Sub Regional Employment Exchange, Government of Rajasthan, Jaipur, in which 26 companies participated namely BMW Sanghi Classic, Axis Bank, Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Company Ltd., New Delhi, JCB India Ltd- Rajesh Motors, Uni Sompo General Insurance, Dayton Natural Resources 108, Tripping Tales, Genpact, D Mart, Trimates Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Girnar Care Pvt. Ltd. and many more. The Fair witnessed the presence of the Chief Guest for the event- Dr. Samit Sharma, I.A.S., Secretary, Department of Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship, Government Secretariat, Jaipur who addressed the aspiring candidates with his motivational words to believe in oneself and always work towards self analysis and self development. A total of 178 student aspirants from the college and 25 aspirants from other institutions registered for the Fair. The efforts went successful with 66 candidates being offered positions in various profiles in the companies.

  • The Centre of the College has also collaborated with Internshala, a Collaborative Partner of AICTE to provide Internships and Placement Opportunities to the students. During the sessions 2024–2025, till 31st January, 2025, 172 students from different streams have received internships and 2 students have got full time job opportunity from the portal. It’s a matter of pride for us to convey that Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur stands on All India rank 8 and Zonal rank 2 in the Internshala Annual Rankings 2024 amongst the 740+ colleges participating in the same.
  • College has also registered itself on the AICTE career portal- APNA for bringing in more options of placement for the college students.

2023-24

  • Centre for Career Guidance, Training and Placement works as a strong connection between the corporate world and academia. The placement centre has consistently made an effort to identify each applicant’s potential and has continuously worked to design activities that enhance skills and nurture talent.

  • In the session 2023-24, many companies visited the college for conducting placement drives like Flipshoppe, Quesscorp, Teleperformance, Genpact, Axis Bank, Trimates Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Oswal Computers and Consultants Pvt. Ltd and selected 30 students for various job profiles.

    A JOB FAIR was conducted for the students in the college campus on 1st Feb, 2024, in which 8 companies participated from PAN India namely Trimates Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyrefox Consultants Pvt. Ltd., Brickred Systems, CBI Solutions, Infoedge India Ltd, Noida, Concret.io, Digital Door, Surat and Crack-Ed by Car Dekho Group. 44 students got full time employment from the Job Fair.

    A total of 74 students have got placement opportunities from the college this year till February 2024.

  • Centre for Career Guidance, Training and Placement works as a strong connection between the corporate world and academia. The placement centre has consistently made an effort to identify each applicant’s potential and has continuously worked to design activities that enhance skills and nurture talent.

  • During the session 2022–23, companies such as CBI Solutions, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Felicity, Hyrefox Consultants Private Limited, Trimates Technologies Pvt. Ltd., etc. held campus recruitment drives at our college and selected more than 30 students for various job positions. In the series of the same, a placement drive with DEUTSCHE BANK was held on November 25, 2022, in which students showcased their skills in all four rounds of the interview, and finally, three candidates were offered employment in the company out of the 36 who applied. The annual salary offered to them is 4.8 lacs.

2021-22

  • The Centre began the academic year 2021-22 with a focus on dynamic employability by signing a two-year MOU with Global Talent Track Foundation, Pune (under CSR activity Barcley, London, UK) that provided considerable development and opportunity for students. As a consequence of joint collaboration, three skill training programmes were organized throughout the year. A total of 216 students registered for the sessions, and approximately 129 students were selected for different job profiles through these training sessions.
