Mega Placement Drive Organized at Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya
The Centre for Career Guidance, Training & Placement, Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur, organized a “Mega Placement Drive” on 7 October 2026 with the objective of providing students with better employment opportunities. The initiative provided students with a platform to interact with representatives of reputed organizations and explore employment opportunities aligned with their qualifications and skills. On this occasion, the Principal of the college, Dr. Seema Agarwal, extended her best wishes to all the candidates appearing for interviews and wished them a bright and successful future. She encouraged the students to continuously enhance their skills and competencies and to make the most of the employment opportunities available to them with dedication, sincerity, and commitment. As part of the placement drive, recruitment processes for various positions were conducted by Expand Hotels, Urban Metals, and The Wellness Shop. The students participated enthusiastically in the different stages of the recruitment process and gained valuable exposure to industry expectations, workplace culture, and contemporary recruitment procedures. The Mega Placement Drive proved to be an important initiative towards enhancing the employability of students and facilitating their smooth transition from academic life to the professional world. During the drive, students gained information about career opportunities available across various sectors and developed a practical understanding of employers’ expectations and current recruitment practices. A total of 51 students enthusiastically participated in the Mega Placement Drive. Dr. Akanksha Ganda, Convenor, Centre for Career Guidance, Training & Placement, expressed her sincere gratitude to the representatives of the participating companies, the students, and all the faculty members of the Centre for their valuable support and contribution towards the successful organization of the event. The Mega Placement Drive was a meaningful initiative aimed at providing students with direct employment opportunities, strengthening their connection with the industry, and giving a new direction to their professional careers.
