कानोड़िया पी.जी. महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग एवं प्लेसमेंट सेंटर द्वारा दिनांक 11.12.2025 को ’नो योर स्टूडेंटस’ सत्र का आयोजन किया गया। इस सत्र का प्रमुख उद्देश्य छात्राओं को सेंटर की गतिविधियों से अवगत कराना और अंतिम वर्ष की छात्राओं की स्क्रीनिंग करना था। सत्र की शुरुआत में महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल ने छात्राओं को ’नो योर सेल्फ’ फर्स्ट का संदेश देते हुए अपने अंदर की स्किल्स को पहचानने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने कहा कि अपने करियर की ओर ध्यान देना और स्वयं को जागरूक बनाना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। प्राचार्य ने छात्राओं को सेंटर की गतिविधियों में निरंतर भाग लेने हेतु प्रोत्साहित किया। सेंटर की संयाजिका डॉ. आकांक्षा गंडा ने छात्राओं को सेंटर की गतिविधियों से अवगत कराते हुये कैंपस में विजिट करने वाली कंपनियों के बारे में बताया। साथ ही छात्राओं को प्लेसमेंट वीक के बारे में सूचित किया। कॉलेज के सेंटर द्वारा प्लेसमेंट वीक दिनांक 12 दिसंबर से 18 दिसंबर, 2025 तक आयोजित किया जा रहा है जिसमें विभिन्न इंटरैक्टिव सत्र, कार्यशालाएं, एवं प्लेसमेंट/इंटर्नशिप ड्राइव का आयोजन किया जाएगा। सेंटर की संयोजिका सहित सेंटर सदस्य सुश्री निशा सैनी, डॉ. स्वाति सुल्तानिया, डॉ. दमयंती सोढ़ा, सुश्री शुचि चौधरी एवं डॉ. योगिता सोलंकी ने छात्राओं की स्क्रीनिंग की, उनके कौशल और विशेषताओं की जानकारी ली और उनके सुधार के क्षेत्रों के बारे में भी बताया। इस सत्र में छात्राओं को उद्योग विशिष्ट आवश्यकताओं के बारे में भी जानकारी दी गई। इसमें अंतिम वर्ष की 68 छात्राओं ने सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया।
Career Guidance, Training and Placement Centre, Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur organized a session on ‘Know Your Students’ on 11th December,2025. The objective of this session was to make the students aware of the activities of the centre and the screening of final year students. At the beginning of the session, the principal of the college, Dr. Seema Agarwal, advised the students to ‘Know Your Self’ first and inspired them to recognize their inner skills. She quoted that it is crucial to focus on one’s career and to become self-aware. She also encouraged the students to regularly participate in the activities of the centre. The coordinator of the centre, Dr. Akanksha Ganda, briefed the students about the activities conducted by the centre throughout the year, informed them about the companies visiting the campus, and also made the students aware about the Placement Week. The centre is organizing a Placement Week from 12th December to 18th December, 2025 in which various interactive sessions, workshops, and placement/internship drives will be organized. The centre’s coordinator along with centre members Ms. Nisha Saini, Dr. Swati Sultania, Dr. Damyanti Sodha, Ms. Shuchi Chaudhary and Dr. Yogita Solanki screened the students, gained information about their skills and strengths, and identified areas for improvement. Industry-specific requirements of the students were also gathered via registration forms filled by them. Total 68 final year students actively participated in the session.
