इमार्टिकस लर्निंग- सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस का शुभारम्भ एवं नेशनल एम्प्लॉयबिलिटी टेस्ट का हुआ आयोजन
कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के सेंटर फॉर करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग एंड प्लेसमेंट द्वारा दिनांक 14 नवंबर, 2025 को इमार्टिकस लर्निंग के सहयोग से सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस (सीओई) का शुभारम्भ किया गया एवं नेशनल एम्प्लॉयबिलिटी टेस्ट (नेट) आयोजित किया गया। दिनांक 28 जुलाई, 2025 को महाविद्यालय द्वारा इमार्टिकस लर्निंग के साथ एमओयू साइन किया गया था जिसके अतंर्गत सीओई की स्थापना व वर्षभर विभिन्न प्रशिक्षण, इंर्टनशिप व प्लेसमेंट जैसी गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया जाना शामिल था। कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय राजस्थान का पहला महाविद्यालय है जहाँ सीओई की स्थापना की गई। वर्तमान में पूरे भारत में केवल चार (4) ही ऐसे सेंटर स्थापित किए गए हैं। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत ओरिएंटेशन सत्र के साथ हुई जिसमें महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल ने बताया कि महाविद्यालय में इस सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस की स्थापना एक ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि है जो छात्राओं को उद्योग-उन्मुख शिक्षा तथा रोजगारपरक कौशल प्राप्त करने के नए अवसर प्रदान करेगी। कार्यक्रम में श्री अभिषेक कुमार, उपाध्यक्ष एवं विभागाध्यक्ष, सीओई इमार्टिकस और श्री देवांशु खत्री, सहायक उपाध्यक्ष व उनकी टीम ने छात्राओं को सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस की अवधारणा, उसके लाभ, उपलब्ध प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों तथा उद्योग से जुड़े अवसरों के बारे में विस्तारपूर्वक जानकारी प्रदान की। ओरिएंटेशन सत्र में बताया गया कि सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस छात्राओं को फाइनेंस एवं एनालिटिक्स प्रोग्राम, मेंटरशिप वर्कशॉप्स, तथा करियर गाइडेंस प्रदान करेगा। साथ ही छात्राएँ नवीनतम उद्योग टूल्स, केस स्टडीज और आवश्यक कॉरपोरेट स्किल्स सीखकर अपने करियर को सशक्त बना सकेंगी। इसी क्रम में छात्राओं ने नेशनल एम्प्लॉयबिलिटी टेस्ट (नेट) में भाग लिया, जो पूर्णतः निःशुल्क आयोजित किया गया था। इस टेस्ट के माध्यम से छात्राओं को अपनी स्किल्स का मूल्यांकन तथा करियर अवसरों का विस्तृत विश्लेषण प्राप्त हुआ। कार्यक्रम में बताया गया कि इमार्टिकस लर्निंग के 3500+ हायरिंग पार्टनर्स हैं, जिनमें जे.पी. मॉर्गन, डेलॉयट, मॉर्गन स्टेनली, के.पी.एम.जी एवं बीएनपी परिबास जैसी अग्रणी कंपनियाँ शामिल हैं। कार्यक्रम का संचालन सेंटर की संयोजक डॉ. आकांक्षा गंडा द्वारा किया गया, अंत में सभी अतिथियों, वक्ताओं, प्रतिभागी छात्राओं एवं सहयोगी टीम को आभार व्यक्त किया। यह कार्यक्रम छात्राओं के लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी, प्रेरणादायक और करियर उन्मुख रहा। कार्यक्रम में महाविद्यालय की 55 प्राध्यापिकाओं सहित लगभग 200 छात्राओं ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।
Inauguration of Imarticus Learning – Center of Excellence and Conduction of National Employability Test
The Centre for Career Guidance, Training and Placement of Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur, in collaboration with Imarticus Learning, inaugurated the Center of Excellence (CoE) and organized the National Employability Test (NET) on 14 November 2025. Earlier, on 28 July 2025, the college had signed an MoU with Imarticus Learning, under which the establishment of the CoE, and year-round training programs, internships, and placement activities, was envisaged. Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya is the first college in Rajasthan to establish this Center of Excellence with Imarticus. At present, only four (4) such centers exist across India. The program commenced with an orientation session where the Principal, Dr. Seema Agrawal, stated that the establishment of this Center of Excellence is a historic achievement for the institution, as it will open new avenues for students to acquire industry-oriented education and employability skills. During the session, Mr. Abhishek Kumar, Vice President and Head of Department, CoE Imarticus, Mr. Devanshu Khatri, Assistant Vice President, along with their team, provided detailed insights to the students about the concept of the Center of Excellence, its benefits, available training programs, and various industry-linked opportunities. It was highlighted that the Center of Excellence will offer students Finance and Analytics programs, mentorship workshops, and structured career guidance. Students will also gain exposure to advanced industry tools, case studies, and essential corporate skills, enabling them to strengthen their career pathways. As part of the event, students enthusiastically participated in the National Employability Test (NET), which was conducted completely free of cost. The test enabled students to assess their skills and receive a comprehensive analysis of potential career opportunities. During the program, it was also shared that Imarticus Learning has 3,500+ hiring partners, including leading companies such as J.P. Morgan, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, KPMG, and BNP Paribas. The event was conducted by Dr. Akanksha Ganda, Convenor of the Centre. In conclusion, gratitude was expressed to all dignitaries, speakers, participating students, and the supporting team. The program proved to be highly valuable, inspiring, and career-oriented for the students. About 200 students along with 55 faculty members of the college participated enthusiastically in the program.
