Inter-college Youth Festival ‘Kasturi- 2024’ (12 to 15 February) glimpses

Day 1

कस्तूरी से महका कानोड़िया प्रांगण
कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय में 12 फरवरी 2024 को युवाओं के बहुप्रतीक्षित ’अन्तर महाविद्यालय युवा महोत्सव कस्तूरी- 2024’ (12 से 15 फरवरी) का शुभारम्भ हुआ। कानोड़िया गल्र्स काॅलेज ट्रस्ट के सचिव श्री विमल कुमार भाटिया, निदेशक, डाॅ. रश्मि चतुर्वेदी, प्राचार्य, डाॅ. सीमा अग्रवाल, राजस्थान स्कूल आॅफ लाॅ फाॅर वीमन की प्राचार्य डाॅ. वर्तिका अरोड़ा एवं छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष वर्णिता अग्रवाल ने दीप प्रज्वलन कर ’कस्तूरी-2024’ का शुभारम्भ किया। प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल ने स्वागत उद्बोधन में चार दिवसीय इस आयोजन की रूपरेखा प्रस्तुत की और छात्राओं को युवा उत्सव ’कस्तूरी’ की महत्ता से अवगत करवाते हुए, इस सुनहरे अवसर पर अपनी प्रतिभा-प्रदर्शन हेतु प्रेरित किया। महाविद्यालय निदेशक डॉ. रश्मि चतुर्वेदी द्वारा समारोह की औपचारिक उद्घोषणा की गई और उन्होंने कहा कि सभी युवा जिजीविषा के साथ निरंतर आगे बढ़ें और आने वाले कल को बेहतर बनाएं। कार्यक्रम में छात्रसंघ के सभी सदस्यों को उनके नाम व पदनाम के बैज़ प्रदान किए गए। उद्घाटन सत्र के अंत में छात्रसंघ अध्यक्ष वर्णिता अग्रवाल ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया। आज 12 फरवरी को अंतर महाविद्यालय प्रतियोगिताओं के अतंर्गत ’होइहि सोइ जो राम रचि राखा’ विषय पर आयोजित हिन्दी तर्क-वितर्क प्रतियोगिता में कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय से प्रियंका मिश्रा प्रथम, बियानी लाॅ काॅलेज से खुशी शेखावत द्वितीय और सुबोध काॅलेज से अविरल अग्रवाल तृतीय स्थान पर रहे। ’खबर- मीडिया हंट’ प्रतियोगिता में कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय से कशिश गौड़ प्रथम, राजस्थान महाविद्यालय से अतुल गुप्ता द्वितीय और कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय से टिया अग्रवाल ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। ’ओपन माइक- परवाज़’ प्रतियोगिता में महर्षि अरविंद काॅलेज से मंयक शर्मा प्रथम, खंडेलवाल काॅलेज से श्रीलता द्वितीय, परिष्कार काॅलेज से लक्ष्मण तृतीय स्थान पर रहे। अतः महाविद्यालय प्रतियोगिताओं में रंगोली प्रतियोगिता में पूर्वा चैधरी प्रथम, तमन्ना यादव द्वितीय, कोमल कुमावत तृतीय स्थान एवं मांडना में कोमल महावर प्रथम, सूरी धनीता द्वितीय और खुशबू ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। मेहंदी प्रतियोगिता में अरीबा सिद्दकी प्रथम, प्रतिभा शर्मा द्वितीय और पायल सैनी ने तृतीय रही। ’थिरक’ युगल नृत्य प्रतियोगिता में राजस्थानी व बालीवुड गानों पर शानदार प्रस्तुति देकर साहिला खान एवं समीक्षा शर्मा ने प्रथम,  भूमिजा चौधरी  एवं भव्या चौधरी ने द्वितीय, पूजा राठौड़ एवं विभांशी ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। इन प्रतियोगिताओं में आज के प्रायोजक रहे, suchiक,जेकेजे ज्वैलर्स, Dunamiss a Cosmetic Brand. कल 13 फरवरी को क्विज़, कोड-वाॅर, फंटूश-द मिमिक्री, स्नैक अटैक कुकिंग, डिक्लेमेशन (संभाषण) एवं बीट्ज़- वेस्टर्न गु्रप डाँस प्रतियोगिताएँ होंगी। कल जेकेजे ज्वैलर्स, गोपीनाथ नमकीन एडं स्वीट्स, Tea Tradition, VLCC, Dunamiss a Cosmetic Brand प्रायोजक रहेंगे।

Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya’s Inter-College Youth Festival – Kasturi 2024, a celebration of youthful spirit, talent and creativity kicked off on February 12, 2024. The programme began with the auspicious lamp lighting by Kanoria Girls College Trust Secretary Shri Vimal Kumar Bhatia, Director Dr. Rashmi Chaturvedi, Principal Dr. Seema Agarwal and Dr. Vartika Arora, Principal Rajasthan School of Law for Women.
In the welcome address, Principal Dr. Seema Agarwal, gave a brief outline of the four-day youth festival. She highlighted the unique learning experiences and opportunities for personal growth that the festival has to offer.  Director Dr. Rashmi Chaturvedi inspired the students by emphasizing that they should strive to compete with themselves, encouraging them to reach their full potential. Members of Students’ Union were also given badges on this occasion. Students’ Union President Varnita Agrawal proposed the vote of thanks.
The first day of Kasturi was jam-packed with interesting competitions. First prize in the Inter College Hindi Debate was secured by Priyanka Mishra of Kanoria College. Khushi Shekhawat of Biyani Law College and Aviral Agarwal of Subodh College secured second and third positions respectively. In Khabar -Media Hunt competition, Kashish Gaur of Kanoria College stood first. Atul Gupta of University Rajasthan College won second prize. Tiya Agarwal of Kanoria College stood third. Mayank Sharma of Maharshi Arvind College won first prize in Parwaaz.- The Open Mic.  Second and third positions were secured by Srilatha of Khandelwal College and Laxman of Parishkar College respectively. First prize in Mehendi was grabbed by Ariba Siddiqui. The second and third positions were secured by Pratibha Sharma and Payal Saini respectively. Poorva Choudhary won first prize in Rangoli. Second and third positions in the competition was secured by Tamanna Yadav and Komal Kumawat respectively. Komal Mahawar won first prize in Mandana. Suri Dhanita and Khushbu won second and third prizes respectively. Sahila Khan stood first in the Thirak – Duet Dance. Second and third prizes were secured by Bhumika Choudhary and Pooja Rathore respectively The gift vouchers for the first day were sponsored by Suchik- The Ethnic Brand, JKJ Jewellers and Dunamiss.The second day of Kasturi 2024 is lined-up with interesting events viz Quiz, Code War, Funtoosh- The Mimicry Contest, Snack Attack- Cooking Contest, Declamation and Beatz- Western Group Dance competitions. Prizes for tomorrow’s events will be sponsored by JKJ Jewellers, Gopinath Sweets, Tea Tradition, VLCC and Dunamiss- a cosmetic brand .
Kasturi 2024 - Day 2

शैक्षणिक व सांस्कृतिक प्रतियोगिताओं में जमाया रंग
कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर में चल रहे चार दिवसीय अंतर महाविद्यालय युवा महोत्सव कस्तूरी 2024 के दूसरे दिन की शुरुआत अंतर महाविद्यालय क्विज़ से हुई, जिसमें 11 संस्थानों के प्रतिभागियों ने विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अपने ज्ञान को दर्शाया। कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय से दिशा बूचा एवं दीपाली शर्मा प्रथम, राजस्थान महाविद्यालय से अक्षत अग्रवाल एवं माधव शर्मा द्वितीय और एलबीएस काॅलेज से लवीना एवं स्नेहा की टीम तृतीय स्थान पर रही। कोड वाॅर प्रतियोगिता में 13 टीमों ने भाग लिया। इसमें सुबोध काॅलेज से धैर्य गुप्ता एवं संदीप विश्नोई ने प्रथम, कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय से सानिया दत्ता और आत्मिका दुबे ने द्वितीय, सुबोध काॅलेज से खुशनुमा रियाज़ व भव्या सेन ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। ‘फंटूश’-मिमिक्री प्रतियोगिता में 7 प्रतिभागियों ने शिनचेन, श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी, श्री भजनलाल शर्मा, अमिताभ बच्चन, गुलशन ग्रोवऱ आदि की मिमिक्री कर सभी को ख़ूब गुदगुदाया। इस प्रतियोगिता में कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय से आयुषी गौड़ प्रथम, महर्षि दयानंद लाॅ काॅलेज से प्रवेश कुंद्रा द्वितीय, खंडेलवाल काॅलेज से युक्ता वशिष्ठ एवं अग्रवाल पीजी काॅलेज से अमन खान संयुक्त रूप से तृतीय स्थान पर रहे। ‘डेक्लेमेशन’ (संभाषण) प्रतियोगिता हिन्दी व अंग्रेजी माध्यम में हुई। इसमें 18 प्रतिभागियों ने मशहूर हस्तियों जैसे, श्री अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी, सुषमा स्वराज जी, मलाला, विवेकानंद आदि के भाषण प्रस्तुत किए। राजस्थान काॅलेज से जालम सिंह व सुबोध काॅलेज से रोशनी प्रीथानी प्रथम, कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय से वर्षा लोढ़ा व सानिया जमील द्वितीय और लाॅ काॅलेज से अक्षत शर्मा व पोद्ार संस्थान से सोनाक्षी बिंद्रानी ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। ‘बीट्स’- द वेस्टर्न डांस में छात्र-छात्राओं ने रंगारंग नृत्य प्रस्तुतियों से समां बांध दिया। प्रतिभागियों ने अंग्रेजी बीट्स, ऐसी धाकड़ है, तेरी बातों में आदि गानों पर नृत्य प्रस्तुति दी। इसमें महारानी काॅलेज प्रथम, आईआईएस विश्वविद्यालय द्वितीय और सुबोध महिला महाविद्यालय की टीम तृतीय स्थान पर रही। ‘स्नैक- अटैक’ अंतः महाविद्यालय कुकिंग प्रतियोगिता में पाक-कला का बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन किया। इसमें अक्षिता व राघवी ने प्रथम, आयशा शेख व हर्षिका ने द्वितीय और बिलोकिता सिंह व दृष्टि सिंह ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। जेकेजे ज्वैलर्स, गोपीनाथ नमकीन एडं स्वीट्स, Tea Tradition, VLCC, Dunamiss a Cosmetic Brand आज के प्रायोजक रहे।

कल 14 फरवरी को अंग्रेज़ी वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता, डिज़ाइन मेनिया, एड मैड, हेयर डू, नुक्कड़ नाटक, फेस पेंटिंग और बैटल ऑफ़ बैंड्स प्रतियोगिताएँ होंगी।

The second day of Kasturi 2024 embarked with invigorating energy and fierce competition.  The day commenced with testing the intellectual prowess of eleven teams in the Inter College Quiz Competition.  The team of Kanoria College stood first. The second and third positions were claimed by teams from the University Rajasthan College and the University Five Year Law College. Dhairya Gupta and Sandeep of SS Jain Subodh College (Autonomous) won the first prize in the ‘Code War’. Sania Dutta and Atmika of Kanoria College stood second. The third position was claimed by Khushnuma and Bhavya of SS Jain Subodh PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya. In the next amusing event Funtoosh- The Mimicry Contest, Ayushi Gaur of Kanoria College bagged the first position. Parvesh Kundra of Maharshi Dayanand Law College stood second. Yukta Vashishtha of KVGIT and Amaan Khan of Agarwal PG College won the third prize. In Declamation, Jalam Singh (Hindi) of Rajasthan College and Roshni Prithani (English) of  Subodh College won the first prize. Varsha Lodha  (Hindi) and Saniya Jameel ( English) of Kanoria stood second. The third position was secured by Akshay Sharma (Hindi) of Maharaja College and Amardeep Singh (English) of Rajasthan College. Akshita and Raghvi stood first in the Intra College Cooking Competition- Snack Attack. Ayesha and Harshika won the second prize. The third position in this contest was grabbed by Bilokita and Drishti. In the thrilling Western Dance Competition- Beatz, team from Maharani College secured the first position. The second and third positions were secured by teams from IIS University and S S Jain Subodh Mahila Mahavidyalaya respectively. All the prizes of today were sponsored by JKJ Jewellers, VLCC, Tea Tradition, Dunamiss- a cosmetic brand and Gopinath Sweets.
The third day will have engaging Inter and Intra-College Competitions like English Debate, Design Mania, Ad Mad, Hair-do, Nukkad Natak, Face Painting, and Battle of Bands.
Kasturi 2024 - Day 3

वसंतोत्सव के साथ युवा प्रतिभा को मिला मंच
कानोड़िया महिला महाविद्यालय में आज दिनांक 14 फरवरी को वसंत पंचमी के उपलक्ष्य में प्राचार्य डाॅ. सीमा अग्रवाल ने माँ सरस्वती का माल्यार्पण कर पुस्तकालय में आयोजित पुस्तक प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन किया। युवा महोत्सव ‘कस्तूरी-24’ के अंतर्गत आज ‘पाॅलिटिक्स एडं रिलिजन आर ओब्सोलेट द टाइम हैस कम फाॅर साइंस स्पिरिचूऐलिटी’ विषय पर अंतर महाविद्यालय अंग्रेजी वाद-विवाद प्रतियोगिता में 20 टीमों ने भाग लिया। इनमें कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय से मिशगन खान ने प्रथम और हर्षिता शर्मा ने द्वितीय एवं आईआईएस यूनिवर्सिटी से तान्या गोयल ने तृतीय स्थान प्राप्त किया। डिजाइन मेनिया प्रतियोगिता में कुल 7 टीमें थीं, जिनमें सुबोध पीजी काॅलेज से धैर्य गुप्ता और संदीप विश्नोई प्रथम, कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय से आस्था शर्मा और दिव्यांशी खंडेलवाल द्वितीय, यूनिवर्सिटी महारानी काॅलेज से विधि भाटिया और राशि गुप्ता तृतीय स्थान पर रहे। एड-मैड प्रतियोगिता में 7 टीमों ने विभिन्न उत्पादों संबंधी विज्ञापन रचनात्मक ढ़ंग से प्रस्तुत किए। इसमें आईआईएस यूनिवर्सिटी प्रथम, कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय द्वितीय और राजस्थान कॉलेज की टीम तृतीय स्थान पर रही। ज्वलंत सामाजिक मद्दों पर केंद्रित नुक्कड़ नाटक प्रतियोगिता में 5 टीमों ने बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन कर तालियाँ बटोरीं। इसमें कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय प्रथम, महाराजा काॅलेज द्वितीय एवं अपेक्स यूनिवर्सिटी तृतीय स्थान पर रहे। बैटल ऑफ बैंड्स में 7 बैंड्स ने धमाकेदार प्रस्तुति दी। इनमें टेंव्टीज बैंड अपेक्स यूनिवर्सिटी प्रथम, काउटिंग बार बैंड द्वितीय एसएस जैन सुबोध काॅलेज, तपिश बैंड एसएससी पारीक काॅलेज तृतीय स्थान पर रहे। अन्तः महाविद्यालय हेयर-डू प्रतियोगिता में 8 छात्राओं ने भाग लिया। इसमें मुस्कान कुमारी कराड़िया प्रथम, वंशिका जैन द्वितीय, खुशी राठौड़ तृतीय स्थान पर रही। फेस पेंटिंग प्रतियोगिता में वंदना भारती प्रथम, सूरी धनिता द्वितीय और कोमल महावर तृतीय स्थान पर रहीे इस प्रतियोगिता में 15 छात्राओं ने अपनी कला का प्रदर्शन किया। इन प्रतियोगिताओं में आज Suchiक, जेकेजे ज्वैलर्स Dunamiss a Cosmetic Brand, GudLust, Chacha Chai और VLCC प्रायोजक रहे। कल 15 फरवरी को जस्ट ए मिनट (जैम), श्रुतरंग (गु्रप सिंगिंग), रसरंग- फोक डांस, फैशन शो प्रतियोगिता व मेले का आयोजन किया जाएगा।

Day 3 of the four-day Kasturi 2024 began with the invocation to the Goddess Saraswati. Principal Dr. Seema Agarwal reverently paid homage to the deity by putting vermillion and offering flowers at the altar. Madam also inaugurated the book exhibition in the college library. The day initiated with the Inter-College English Debate where brilliant minds came together to express their opinions on the topic ‘Politics and Religion are Obsolete, Time has come for Science and Spirituality.’  The first and second positions were secured by Mishgan Khan and Harshita Sharma from Kanoria College. The third position was bagged by Tanya Goyal of IIS University. Seven teams expressed their creativity and skill in the contest ‘Design Mania’. Dhairya and Sandeep from S S Jain Subodh PG College won the first prize. Aastha and Divyanshi from Kanoria stood second. Vidhi and Rashi of Maharani’s College grabbed the third prize. Students presented interesting and innovative advertisements with a touch of humour in the Ad-Mad competition. The team from IIS University stood first. The second and third positions were secured by Kanoria College and Rajasthan College respectively. Captivating performances were presented by five teams on topics of social relevance in the ‘Nukkad Natak’ competition. The team from Kanoria College won the first prize. The teams of Maharaja College secured second place. Third place was claimed by team from  Apex University. Attractive hairstyles were showcased in the Inter College Hair-do competition. Muskan Kumari, Vanshika, and Khushi stood first, second, and third respectively. Participants presented delectable entries in the Face Painting competition. Vandana Bharti secured first place. Suri Dhanita stood second. The third position was claimed by  Komal. The day closed with enthralling and spellbinding performances in Battle of Bands competition. Participants performed on songs of famous independent artists and Bollywood songs. Twenties Band of Apex University was the winner. The second position was secured by Counting Bars of S S  Jain Subodh College. Tapish Band of SSG Pareek College won the third prize. Today’s sponsors were- Chacha Chai, JKJ Jewellers, VLCC, Suchik, GudLust, and Dunamiss.

Day 4 of Kasturi will feature a range of events such as Just a Minute (JAM), Shrutrang- Group Singing, Rasrang- Folk Group Dance, Fashion Show, and Mela, which is sure to keep the participants and audience engaged and entertained.

फैशन शो और मेले के साथ हुआ समापन

कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के युवा महोत्सव कस्तूरी-2024 का आज रंगारंग समापन हुआ। अंतर महाविद्यालय जस्ट ए मिनट -जैम, प्रतियोगिता में 20 प्रतिभागियों ने अनेक विषयों पर अपने विचार व्यक्त किए। इसमें बियानी गल्र्स काॅलेज से नसमा राहत प्रथम, महारानी काॅलेज से प्रीति चैधरी द्वितीय एवं राजस्थान काॅलेज से माधव शर्मा तृतीय स्थान पर रहे। ग्रुप सिंगिंग ’श्रुतरंग’ प्रतियोगिता में 20 टीमें शामिल हुई। इसके अतंर्गत कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय प्रथम एवं परिष्कार काॅलेज की टीम द्वितीय स्थान पर रही। ‘रसरंग’ लोक नृत्य प्रतियोगिता में 7 टीमों ने विभिन्न लोक नृत्यों की रंगारंग प्रस्तुति दी। इसमें महाराजा काॅलेज ने प्रथम, परिष्कार काॅलेज ने द्वितीय एवं कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय ने तृतीय पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया। ’ट्रेडिशनल टैक्सटाइल्स ऑफ इंडिया’ थीम पर आधारित फैशन शो में कानेाड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय की टीम प्रथम स्थान पर रही। युवा महोत्सव के समापन के अवसर पर प्राचार्य डाॅ. सीमा अग्रवाल ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया और कहा कि चार दिवसीय महोत्सव में शहर के लगभग सभी शिक्षण संस्थानों से प्रतिभागियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लेकर इस आयोजन को सफल बनाया है। सहशैक्षणिक गतिविधियों में इस तरह के आयोजन से युवाओं को अपनी प्रतिभा प्रदर्शन और प्रतिस्पर्धा के लिए सुनहरा अवसर मिलता है। महाविद्यालय परिसर में  मेले के अतंर्गत हस्तनिर्मित आभूषण, विभिन्न परिधान व खाने-पीने की 24 स्टाॅल लगाई गई। प्राध्यापिकाओं एवं छात्राओं ने मेले का भरपूर लुत्फ उठाया। आज की प्रतियोगिताओं के प्रायोजक Chacha Chai, Dunamiss a Cosmetic Brand, VLCC रहे।

Day 4 of Kasturi featured a range of engrossing competitions that kept the participants and audience engaged and entertained. In the vigorous and immersing Inter College Just a Minute (JAM) competition, twenty students presented thought-provoking views on various significant topics. The first prize was bagged by Nasma Rahat from Biyani Girls College.  The second and third positions were secured by Preeti Choudhary of Maharani College and Madhav Sharma of Rajasthan College respectively. In the melodious Shrutrang- Group Singing contest, team from Kanoria College stood first. The team from Parishkar College won the second prize. The team of Maharaja College claimed the first position in the flamboyant and fascinating ‘Rasrang- Folk Dance competition. The second position was secured by Parishkar College. The team of Kanoria College won the third prize. Elegant and charming outfits were presented by participants in ‘The Fashion Show’ competition on the theme of ‘Traditional Textiles of India’.  Kanoria College was the winner. The sponsors for today were Dunamiss, Chacha Chai and VLCC. With overwhelming participation from all the colleges of the city, Principal Dr. Seema Agarwal, called Kasturi 2024 a success. Madam also motivated the students to participate in large numbers as such events are a platform for showcasing skill, talent and creativity. The four-day Inter College Youth Festival Kasturi 2024 concluded with Mela where students displayed exquisite jewellery, decorative items, eatables, and artistic garments.
