Birth Anniversary of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam was celebrated by the Department of Physics, Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur on October 15, 2022. On this occasion Physics Quiz and Poster competitions were organized. The topic for the Poster making competition was “Wireless Life in Current Scenario”. The poster competition was judged by Dr. Neeru Razdan, Head, Department of Chemistry and Dr. Nidhi Gupta, Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry. Total 15 teams in a group of four, participated in the Physics Quiz and 80 participants participated in the Poster Making competition from UG and PG. Around 150 students witnessed the event. Dr. Deepti Chauhan was the coordinator of the programme. Dr. Usha Bhatia, Head of the department told that through such activities, students can connect physics with their daily life activities and catch the concepts of physics more easily.
