कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के सेंटर फॉर करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग एंड प्लेसमेंट, द्वारा 19 से 28 सितंबर, 2024 तक नंदी फाउंडेशन के महिंद्रा प्राइड क्लासरूम के सहयोग से 9 दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इस दौरान कार्यशाला में सॉफ्ट स्किल्स, कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स और लाइफ स्किल्स से संबंधित विभिन्न विषयों पर चर्चा की गई। संचार, साक्षात्कार कौशल जैसे बोलने की कला, समूह चर्चा और साक्षात्कार तैयारी, डिजिटल पहचान, प्रोफेशनल ग्रूमिंग, लक्ष्य निर्धारण, समय प्रबंधन, प्रोफेशनल नैतिकता और समस्या समाधान जैसे सत्रों द्वारा प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। कौशल.नंदी फाउंडेशन की प्रशिक्षक सुश्री मीमांशा खरे ने गतिविधि आधारित शिक्षण पद्धति का उपयोग कर छात्राओंके कौशल में वृद्धि की। उम्मीदवारों को वास्तविक अनुभव देने के लिए मॉक साक्षात्कार सत्रों के द्वारा कार्यशाला का सफलतापूर्वक समापन हुआ। कार्यशाला में कुल 55 छात्राओं ने भाग लिया और उपयोगी जानकारी प्राप्त की। कार्यशाला का समापन सत्र 28 सितंबर, 2024 को आयोजित किया गया था, जिसमें महाविद्यालय प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल ने कार्यशाला के सफल समापन के लिए सभी को बधाई दी और प्रतिभागियों को कार्यशाला की शिक्षाओं को अपने व्यावहारिक जीवन और अपने करियर में लागू करने के लिए प्रेरित किया। केंद्र की संयोजिका डॉ. आकांक्षा गंडा ने धन्यवाद ज्ञापन किया।
Centre for Career Guidance, Training and Placement, Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur organized a 9 Day workshop in collaboration with Naandi Foundation’s Mahindra Pride Classroom from 19th September to 28th September, 2024. During this workshop, a variety of topics related to Soft skills, Communication Skills and Life Skills were explored. The topics included Professional communication, Interview skills like Art of Speaking, Group Discussion and Interview preparation, Digital Identity, Professional grooming, Goal setting, Time Management, Professional Ethics and Problem Solving skills. The trainer Ms. Meemansha Khare, from Naandi Foundation used activity based learning method to engage the students and make the learning fun-filled and more effective. The workshop ended successfully with mock interview sessions in order to give real exposure to the candidates and to groom them in a way that they are able to crack the final interviews. A total of 55 students participated and gained useful insights from the workshop. The Valedictory session for the workshop was conducted on 28th September 2024 in which Principal of the college, Dr. Seema Agrawal congratulated everyone for successful completion of the workshop and motivated the participants to apply the learnings of the workshop in their practical lives and in their career. Convenor of the Centre, Dr. Akanksha Ganda gave the vote of thanks.
