सेंटर फॉर करियर गाइडेंस, ट्रेनिंग एंड प्लेसमेंट, कानोड़िया पीजी महिला महाविद्यालय, जयपुर के द्वारा 20 सितंबर, 2024 को पुणे इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मैनेजमेंट (पीआईबीएम), पुणे के सहयोग से “आज के डिजिटल परिदृश्य में करियर विकल्प“ पर एक सत्र आयोजित किया गया। इसका उद्देश्य छात्राओं का एआई, डिजिटल मार्केटिंग, वित्तीय और कई अन्य क्षेत्रों में उपलब्ध विभिन्न करियर विकल्पों के बारे में मार्गदर्शन और परामर्श देना था। पुणे के प्रशिक्षक श्री निखिल नैनानी ने छात्राओं की बेहतर समझ के लिए अमेज़न, एलेक्सा आदि की केस स्टडीज पर चर्चा की। साथ ही 19 सितंबर से 28 सितंबर, 2024 तक नंदी फाउंडेशन के महिंद्रा प्राइड क्लासरूम के सहयोग से “युवाओं की रोजगार क्षमता में वृद्धि“ पर 9-दिवसीय कार्यशाला भी शुरू हुई। कार्यशाला का शुभारम्भ प्राचार्य डॉ. सीमा अग्रवाल के आशीर्वाद से हुआ। इस कार्यशाला में, छात्राओं को अपने सॉफ्ट स्किल्स जैसे बॉडी लैंग्वेज और प्रोफेशनल ग्रूमिंग, साक्षात्कार कौशल जैसे समूह चर्चा और साक्षात्कार की तैयारी और जीवन कौशल को बढ़ाने का मौका मिलेगा। उप-प्राचार्य (अकादमिक) डॉ. रंजना अग्रवाल ने भी छात्राओं को अपने लाभ के लिए कार्यशाला से सर्वोत्तम ज्ञान लेने के लिए प्रेरित किया। केंद्र की संयोजिका डॉ. आकांक्षा गंडा ने प्रशिक्षक मीमांशा खरे का स्वागत किया और कार्यशाला के आगामी दिनों के लिए शुभकामनाएं दीं।
18 सितंबर, 2024 को एक्सिस बैंक के सहयोग से एक कैंपस भर्ती अभियान का आयोजन किया गया।

Centre for Career Guidance, Training and Placement, Kanoria PG Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Jaipur organised a session on “Career options in today’s digital scenario” on Sept 20, 2024 in collaboration with Pune Institute of Management (PIBM), Pune to guide and counsel the students for various career options available in streams like AI, Digital Marketing, Finance and many more. The trainer Mr. Nikhil Nainani discussed live examples on working of Amazon, Alexa etc for better understanding of the students. A 9- Day workshop on “Employability Enhancement of Youth” in collaboration with Naandi Foundation’s Mahindra Pride Classroom also began from 19th September to 28th September, 2024. The workshop started with the blessings of Principal Dr. Seema Agarwal. In this workshop, students will get to enhance their soft skills like body language and professional grooming interview skills like group discussion and interview preparation and life skills. Vice Principal Dr. Ranjana Agarwal also motivated students to take the best knowledge out of the workshop for their benefit. Convenor of the Centre, Dr. Akanksha Ganda welcomed the trainer- Meemansha Khare and gave the best wishes for the workshop days ahead. A campus recruitment drive in collaboration with Axis Bank was also organized on 18th September, 2024.
